The Department of Water Resources’ Modeling Support Office (MSO), Central Valley Modeling Section is seeking qualified candidates to help solve challenges in software development and the application of water resources models. Under the direction of a Senior Engineer, Water Resources, the incumbent will support the application of models like CalSim3, and the development of modeling tools like the Water Resources Integrated Modeling System (WRIMS).
The incumbent will be a team member on multiple water supply planning studies that support a wide variety of Department initiatives.
