Job DetailsSalary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year.
We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role will focus on designing and implementing HVAC systems for commercial projects. The ideal candidate has extensive background in mechanical design, with a focus on HVAC or plumbing, and is motivated to contribute to our growth in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Design, plan, and oversee the installation of HVAC systems for commercial projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed design plans and blueprints.
- Work closely with other engineers and construction professionals to ensure successful implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC related issues.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess HVAC requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to HVAC design and installation.
- Ensure all HVAC systems are designed and installed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to keep projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in mechanical design, focusing on HVAC or plumbing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Proven experience in design and implementation of HVAC systems for commercial projects.
- Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills for complex HVAC issues.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to HVAC.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Professional engineering (PE) license preferred.
