We are looking for a senior BIM designer to work on advanced telecom design projects for clients in semiconductor manufacturing and other state‑of‑the‑art facilities. The role is hybrid, with a geographically flexible arrangement across the U.S. The designer will document telecom design, develop 3‑D models, and produce construction drawings. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other BIM designers is essential. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD with a focus on telecom systems will be required.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 8 years of BIM design experience
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction industry
• Understanding of how codes and standards shape design decisions
• Understanding of design and construction specifications and their function
• Understanding of wiring/cabling connections in relation to a circuit or a link between devices and equipment
• Experience following client design and modeling standards
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts based on provided markups and/or verbal direction requests
• Willingness to learn

• At least 6 years of Revit and/or AutoCAD design experience
• Understanding of clean room and data center environments
• Knowledge and design experience with paging, intercom, and audio‑visual systems
• Knowledge and design experience with life safety and security systems, fire alarm, access control, closed‑circuit television (CCTV)
• Knowledge of control systems and network components and topology
