Geotechnical Senior Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, and a Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering (required).
• 4‑7 years of increasing responsibility in geotechnical engineering, including experience in field exploration and construction.
• Possess a Geotechnical Engineer license or Professional Engineer license with the ability to obtain a Geotechnical Engineer license within 1 year.
• Skilled in seismic hazard analysis, liquefaction evaluation and mitigation, shallow and deep foundation design, slope stability analysis, and report writing.
• Experience with healthcare (HCAI, formerly OSHPD), educational (DSA), and public agency clients is desirable.
• Proficiency with geotechnical software:
  • Required:
    
    gINT, ALLPILE, CLIQ, LPILE, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Preferred: PLAXIS, Settle3, LiqSVs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities and an ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

The salary range for this position is $88,000–$100,000 (negotiable). Salaries are determined based on geographic location and qualifications.
