Looking for applicants with previous experience working with infant/toddler children ages 0-3 years and/or preschool children ages 3-5 years. This position requires an Associate Teacher Permit (ATP) issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) or proof that qualifications are met for the ATP from the CTC.

All applicants MUST pre-qualify by attaching applicable documentation from one of the options listed in “Materials Required/Requirements”.

[CDA-SA pools] Completed application listing experience, education, and/or training that is relevant to this position. Desirable additional qualifying documentation include providing proof of ATP from the CTC, proof of higher education, and proof of completion of 6 ECE units.

[ITPRE & SA @ Subsidized Sites NORTHRIDGE, MARIPOSA and CARMICHAEL] Please submit a completed application and one of the options listed below. You must pre-qualify by attaching item(s) from Option #1 or Option #2:

• Option #1:
  Attach a copy of your Permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing that includes the document number (not the item that looks like a diploma), demonstrating you meet this requirement.

OR

• Option #2:
  Attach documentation demonstrating qualification for the permit if you do not hold the permit.

If you do not hold such a permit, you must demonstrate that you qualify for the permit by attaching the following items:

• Official transcripts demonstrating the completion of two years of college (48 semester/60 quarter units), with 12 units in ECE/Child Development including core courses. Unofficial transcripts are not accepted. If from a foreign college/university, coursework must be evaluated for US degree equivalency.
