Position Description Primary Purpose and Essential Functions

The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law invites applications from entry-level and lateral candidates for a doctrinal tenure-track faculty position to commence at the start of the 2026-27 academic year. We seek applications from exceptional candidates with a passion for teaching and scholarship, and who are excited about being part of a collegial, student-oriented, committed faculty.
McGeorge School of Law currently has multiple curricular needs, particularly Constitutional Law, Property, Intellectual Property, Torts, Remedies, Professional Responsibility, Community Property, International Law, and Wills and Trusts. Hiring Range

Hiring Range $ - $ per year. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
