The Department of Strategy & Entrepreneurship seeks part‑time lecturers to teach courses in Entrepreneurship, International Business, and Strategic Management in the BS/BA and MBA programs.

• Teach assigned courses (instruction, class preparation, grading).
• Conduct office hours (45 minutes per week per 3‑unit course).
• Participate in departmental activities as directed.
• Coordinate course assignments, schedules and modality under the Department Chair’s direction.

• Required:
  
  MBA or equivalent (or JD for law‑related courses).
• Availability to teach and hold office hours face‑to‑face.

• Degree received from an AACSB accredited institution.
• Five years related work experience.

Initial rank and salary are determined by the hiring department. Most new lecturers are hired at Lecturer A or Lecturer B rank. As of July 2024, the classification salary ranges for the respective ranks are:
Lecturer A (full‑time rate 15 WTUs). Example calculation for 3 units at minimum salary: $5,507 × 3/15 = $1,101.40 per check × 6 checks = $6,608.40 per semester. (Complete range per rank can be provided in a table if needed.)
