General Education Teacher
AB Staffing is looking for experienced General Education Teachers for the 2025/2026 school year.
Requirements- Valid California teaching credentials appropriate for the grade and subject.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Strong classroom management and instructional planning skills.
- Commitment to inclusive practices and differentiated instruction.
- Willingness to collaborate in a professional learning community (PLC).
- Technology proficiency for instruction, assessment, and communication.
- Middle School Math Teacher:
California Single Subject Credential in Mathematics — OR PIP, STSP, or Intern Credential eligibility in Math. - Science Teacher:
California Single Subject Credential in Science (e.g., General Science, Life Science, etc.) — OR PIP, STSP, or Intern Credential eligibility in Science. - 4th Grade Teacher:
Valid Multiple Subject Credential (Preliminary, Clear, Intern, or PIP/STSP eligible). - Kindergarten Teacher:
Multiple Subject Credential with a Bilingual Authorization (BCLAD in Spanish) — OR Intern/PIP/STSP eligible with bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location. Recruitment Specialists can discuss in detail upon application to connect you to the classroom and best suits your experience and skillset. Contract through the 2025/2026 school year – 37.5 to 40 hours per week. Contract follows the academic district calendar.
As a teacher, you will- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction aligned to California Common Core and/or NGSS (as applicable).
- Develop and implement lesson plans that accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that promotes academic success and social-emotional growth.
- Use data to assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with grade-level and subject-area teams to design cohesive instructional units and share best practices.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with students, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and assessments.
- Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and school events.
- Integrate educational technology to enhance instruction and learning outcomes.
- Uphold school and district policies, expectations, and values.
$2,062 – $2,137 Per Week
