As a dynamic trainer, you will deliver engaging training programs both in‑person and virtual instructor‑led (VILT). You design and develop new courses, refresh existing content, and collaborate with vendors to bring specialized resources. You partner with leaders at all levels to assess needs and craft tailored solutions, fostering a culture of learning.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs.
- Facilitate in‑person and virtual training sessions.
- Refresh and update course content to maintain relevance.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and vendors.
- Assess learning needs and create measurable objectives.
- Measure and report on training effectiveness and business impact.
All applicants must submit an SOQ titled “Statement of Qualifications.” The SOQ must be no more than two pages, use font size ≥11, and include the following:
- Describe your experience facilitating in‑person and virtual training for diverse audiences, including examples of courses delivered, engagement methods, and a challenge you addressed.
- Describe your experience in assessing learning needs and creating measurable objectives to close identified skill or performance gaps.
- Describe your approach for measuring the effectiveness of a training course or program, with an example of measuring engagement, knowledge gain, and business impact.
All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications outlined in the Classification Specification must be included to clearly demonstrate how you meet the MQs. Degree transcripts and equivalency evaluations may be required.
