Tink Bird Healthcare Staffing is seeking Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) for a well-established FQHC outpatient clinic network in Sacramento, California. Epic Schedule & Coverage Schedule Options:

Five days per week, 8-hour shifts

Four 10-hour shifts (4/10 schedule option available)

Hours:

Monday Friday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (or approved 4/10 schedule)
Lunch Break:
One hour Telehealth:
Yes (two telehealth slots per day)
Weekend Rotation:
Yes (Saturday rotation)
Providers may take a weekday off or receive additional compensation for Saturday coverage

Call responsibilities:
Yes Phone-only call approximately 23 times per year (one-week coverage depending on provider pool)
Provider Requirements

MD/DO degree required

Board Certification preferred

Minimum of 2 years experience

FQHC or community health experience required

Active California license (or ability to obtain)
Prior enrollment in Medicare/Medicaid required

Credentialing

Credentialing timeframe: 6090 days Credentialed with major payors and insurance carriers

Salary range $212,160 - $275,808 annually
