We're seeking Psychiatrists who are excited to grow their skillset in advanced interventional psychiatry including TMS, Esketamine, Ketamine Infusion Therapy, and more.

- Practice advanced therapies, including:
- rTMS and dTMS
- One of the largest Esketamine programs in the U.S.
- Ketamine Infusion Therapy (at select locations)

- Trial innovative treatment protocols (e.g., accelerated TMS, OCD, neuropathic pain)
- Collaborate on psychedelic medicine development
- Receive immersive internal training (no prior experience needed well train you to be an expert!)

We offer flexible compensation options tailored to your preferences:
- Choose from two models:
Productivity-based or base salary + incentive - Earning potential: $350,000-$400,000+
- Signing bonus:
Up to $100,000 - Work structure:
In-person, with potential for a hybrid schedule - Time off:
- 4 weeks of PTO
- 24 paid CME hours

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans that may include:
- Psychotherapy
- Medication management
- Interventional therapies (TMS, Esketamine, Ketamine)
- Supervise and monitor patient response to interventional treatments and adjust as needed
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment options
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, NPs, psychologists, and therapists
- Handle mental health crises and provide appropriate intervention
- Maintain accurate EMRs and clinical documentation
- Contribute to ongoing research and clinical data analysis to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in continuing education and stay current with evolving psychiatric treatment protocols
Qualifications:
- A strong communicator with an interest in evidence-based, interventional treatments
- Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-focused
- Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic clinical environment
- Experienced working within multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient with EMRs, Microsoft Suite, and video conferencing tools
- Committed to growth through 10+ hours of continuing education annually
