Sutter Senior Care PACE seeks to hire a BE/BC Geriatric Medicine / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine physician to join our clinical team in Sacramento, CA.
Sutter Senior Care PACE is a nonprofit health plan designed exclusively for frail older adults in Sacramento County. PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) provides high-quality comprehensive home and community-based healthcare services to participants, always anticipating problems to help avoid hospitalization and prevent premature nursing home placement. PACE is a federal and state-funded program. Most PACE participants are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid and enjoy PACE at little or no cost.
The PACE Physician is responsible for providing medical oversight and clinical leadership for the care of elderly patients within our program in Sacramento. This position combines clinical expertise and compassion to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, community involvement, and effective departmental operations.
