• Deliver product experiences within Customer Care contact routing solutions and applications
• Guide contact center technology product strategy, investments, and cost structure from conception to launch
• Execute go-to-market plans for new features and offerings
• Ensure extensive and recent contact center experience is leveraged effectively

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience
• Proven track record in delivering product experiences within Customer Care contact routing solutions
• Experience owning and guiding contact center technology product strategy and roadmap
• Must have extensive/recent contact center experience (e.g., Cisco, Genesys, Calabrio, WXCCE)
• Strong ability to execute go-to-market plans for new features and offerings

• CPM Certification
• Experience delivering WxCCE, Calabrio WFO, CCB, Voice, Chat, and VA Channels
• Familiarity with WxCCE service licensing and professional services scoping and delivery
• Experience managing contact center products and services within a healthcare organization
