Location:
Sacramento, CA (Hybrid - must be within commuting distance). Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

About the Role
Were seeking a skilled Architect with 711 years of experience to join our clients Sacramento office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about designing innovative learning environments and wants to contribute to the full project cycle from concept design to construction documentation.
This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate will have flexibility to work remotely or from the office but must be located within commuting distance for in-person site visits and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop technical designs and architectural drawings that meet quality standards, budgetary constraints, and timelines
- Conduct programming, building code research, and layout planning
- Evaluate site conditions and conduct surveys as needed
- Review shop drawings, product samples, and submittals
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to address constructability and documentation issues
- Respond to permit reviews and manage required revisions
- 711 years of architectural project experience
- Experience in educational facilities is an asset
- Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software
- Understanding of MEP and structural systems
- Familiarity with local building codes
- Post-secondary degree in architecture
- Professional licensure or registration is an asset
