• Create, coordinate, revise, and maintain project design, production, and documentation at all phases from Pre‑Design to Construction Administration and Certification.
• Produce construction documents and produce and comprehend architectural redlines and revisions.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance within project scope and budget.
• Coordinate design with consultants and the architectural team.
• Delegate and oversee work of Design Professional I and/or II on the team.
• Communicate clearly with the architectural team, consultants, and clients.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s of Architecture required.
• Five (5+) years of experience on education projects, preferably K‑12.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Acrobat, and MS Office; must obtain Autodesk Revit Professional Certification within 90 days.
• Experience with DSA submission/approval processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player committed to ongoing professional development.
• Detail oriented, highly motivated, positive attitude, proactive problem solver.
