Project Landscape Architect | Project Manager

• Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects from concept through construction administration
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Oversee and mentor junior staff, providing guidance on design techniques, project management, and professional development
• Develop creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions that align with client goals, project budgets, and regulatory requirements
• Present design concepts and project updates to clients, agencies, and community stakeholders
• Coordinate with in-house civil engineers, surveyors, planners, and other disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality project designs
• Prepare site plans, planting plans, irrigation plans, construction details, and specifications for a variety of public and private sector projects
• Review plans for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and local ordinances
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and ensure design intent is maintained

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to creativity, quality, and client satisfaction
• Strong technical understanding of planting design, irrigation systems, grading, and sustainable site design practices
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture design and project management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office; experience with 3D modeling software is a plus
