Overview

Treatment and Scheduling Dental Coordinator with DENTAL ASSISTANT EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities
  • Present treatment plans to patients and discuss financial options.
  • Schedule appointments and manage scheduling to meet daily production goals.
  • Ensure a seamless patient experience from start to finish.
  • Support the doctor’s schedule; coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements.
  • Problem-solve, handle objections, multi-task, and work as a team member.
  • Lead and contribute as a dental assistant with experience.
Qualifications
  • MUST HAVE at least 1 year of dental experience.
  • MUST HAVE experience coordinating treatment plans and creating financial arrangements.
  • MUST HAVE experience presenting treatment plans to patients.
  • MUST FEEL comfortable discussing financial options with patients.
  • Experience with scheduling to meet daily production goals.
  • Experienced in the dental field, self-directed, able to problem-solve, handle objections, multi-task, be a team player, take pride in work, and master the doctor’s schedule.
