We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient‑focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team. This role supports our dentists and hygienists in providing excellent clinical care while helping maintain a welcoming, efficient, and professional dental environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Current X‑Ray certification (California)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or must be obtained upon hire)
• Knowledge of standard dental procedures, infection control, and OSHA requirements
• Strong communication and patient-service skills
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
• Experience working in a dental office or community healthcare setting
• Coronal polishing certification
• Sealant certification

• Prepare operatory rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain proper infection‑control protocols
• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and patient comfort
• Take dental radiographs in accordance with California regulations
• Document patient information, treatment notes, and procedures accurately
• Provide patient education, pre‑and post‑procedure instructions
• Support front office team as needed: scheduling, patient flow, and maintaining a smooth daily operation
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and hospitality in every patient interaction.

• Hourly Wage: $30 per hour
