Customer Service Representative

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience + bonus/commission eligibility

• Answer inbound calls, respond to general questions, and explain Bonney's products and services clearly and confidently
• Place outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments for existing customers and follow up on upcoming visits
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our services, generate interest, and qualify leads
• Build genuine relationships with customers
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in Service Titan
• Record and document all interactions and feedback for future follow-ups
• Collaborate with your team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation
• Support the team with additional duties as needed

• 1 or more years of experience in a customer service or call center role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience with in/outbound calling or appointment setting is a plus
• Excellent communication skills: clear, warm, and easy to talk to
• Ability to stay focused and positive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a goal‑oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in Service Titan or similar operating systems
• Self‑motivated, and dependable
