House Cleaner and Customer Service Rep Backup

Do you have both home cleaning AND Customer Service Experience? Would you like to work in a variety of roles, talking to leads and scheduling them for service on some days and working in the field cleaning on others? We have the need for someone who loves cleaning houses to also be able to work in the office. Short-term there is an opportunity to fill in for the Customer Service Rep and really learn the ropes of the business.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. Your focus will be to convert prospects into customers, but you will be counted on and not afraid to lead in multiple other areas of the business including scheduling, customer relations, celebrations, hiring, in-home estimating and even joining our Home Service Professionals for in-home cleaning and training!

Prior customer service and professional cleaning experience required

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Complete a background check

• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired but not required

• Drivers license required

Benefits & Pay

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.50 per hour.
