Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee daily operations for solar installation projects. This role requires a leader who can coordinate with various teams, enforce safety protocols, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily construction operations for solar installations.

* Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and project managers.

* Maintain site safety culture and enforce all OSHA protocols.

* Track progress, production, and cost data for accurate reporting.

* Interpret and work from structural, civil, and electrical plans.

* Resolve on-site issues and adapt to evolving project needs.

Essential Skills

* 10+ years' experience in utility-scale solar construction.

* Strong working knowledge of construction processes and safety compliance.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as MS Project.

* OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.

* Valid driver's license.

Skills & Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Business.

* Experience in solar and construction industries.

Work Environment

This position requires 100% travel to various construction sites. The work environment involves collaborating with diverse teams in dynamic settings. The role emphasizes safety and efficiency, with a requirement to adhere to a professional dress code suitable for construction sites.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.12/hr.
