LaRovere Consulting, LLC is expanding and seeking a highly experienced Mechanical / HVAC / Plumbing Construction Expert to join our consulting team on a project basis.
If you have 10+ years of field experience and the ability to analyze system failures, construction defects, and performance deficiencies — we want to connect.
What We’re Looking For:- 10+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and construction
- Expertise in chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handlers, hydronic systems, ventilation, and controls
- Strong background in project management, estimating, and cost analysis
- Experience investigating system failures and construction defects
- Ability to prepare clear, defensible technical reports
- Prior expert witness or litigation support experience (preferred but not required)
- Commercial & industrial facilities
- High-end residential & multi-family
- Mission-critical systems
- Water damage and mechanical system failure cases
- Design and performance deficiency claims
- Licensed Mechanical or General Contractor (active or previously active preferred)
- Deep field knowledge with leadership experience (PM, Chief Estimator, Construction Manager, etc.)
- Confident communicator capable of depositions and testimony
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Project-based / 1099 consulting
- Remote with travel as needed (primarily AZ & Western U.S.)
