Senior Construction Project Manager

We are hiring for a Senior Project Manager who will be based in our Roseville office.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all phases of tilt-up construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with California building codes, OSHA safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design and technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Lead project meetings, set clear objectives, and drive team accountability.
• Mentor junior project managers and site supervisors, fostering professional growth.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure cost control throughout the project.
• Lead post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience managing tilt-up construction projects from start to finish.

In-depth knowledge of California building codes, OSHA safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience mentoring and developing teams.

Expertise in budgeting, risk management, and procurement.

Proficiency with construction management software and tools.

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
