Commercial Construction Asst Project Manager; K-12 Projects

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager to support ground-up K-12 school construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating on-site activities
• Track project budgets, procurement, and subcontracts
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards
• Maintain clear communication between field teams, subcontractors, school district representatives, and internal stakeholders
• Support quality control, documentation, and reporting requirements
• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues during construction

• Experience with ground-up K-12 commercial construction projects
