A leading landscape contractor is seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator to support residential new home construction projects, including standard community landscaping, model home enhancements, site amenities, and custom home work. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with field teams to deliver accurate, competitive bids.

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for landscape, irrigation, and grading scopes using digital take-off software
• Develop detailed cost estimates for residential new construction, model homes, and custom projects
• Maintain current pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive and accurate bids
• Generate job‑specific irrigation and landscape material take‑offs for future ordering
• Coordinate with field supervisors to update material quantities and scope changes as projects evolve
• Support material ordering schedules by understanding field needs and project timelines
• Monitor supplier pricing and delivered material costs
• Prepare clear and organized estimating reports for management review
• Uphold strong ethical standards and demonstrate integrity in all estimating practices

• Minimum 5 years of experience estimating landscape, irrigation, and grading projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with estimating and take‑off software; experience with Quick Measure or On‑Screen Takeoff a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
