Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily jobsite operations and coordinate all trades and subcontractors
- Maintain knowledge of project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Develop and update construction schedules, including weekly and look-ahead plans
- Enforce jobsite safety programs; conduct daily site walks and weekly safety meetings
- Manage quality control, inspections, and code compliance
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily reports, and record drawings
- Work closely with the Project Manager on cost control, scheduling, and reporting
- Communicate with clients, architects, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Oversee punch list completion and project closeout
- 7+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
- Experience with ground-up construction, renovations, and tenant improvements
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling, and building systems
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification required; additional safety certifications preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction technology and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work on active construction sites and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate uneven terrain
- Valid driver's license
