Project Engineer - Multifamily​/Senior Living

Webuild () is actively seeking a Project Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development of multifamily, affordable housing, and senior living community projects throughout the vibrant Sacramento and North State marketplaces.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 3 years of construction management and project engineering experience, with a focus on managing project schedules, conducting precise quantity takeoffs, developing accurate project estimates, reviewing bids, and maintaining meticulous project documentation, including RFQs, RFI's, subcontractor submittals, change orders, and more.

In this role, you will work collaboratively within the project management team to managing new ground‑up construction and extensive infrastructure renovation projects. Tasked with management of project schedules, ensuring budget compliance, performing take offs, inspecting quality of construction and maintaining all project documentation throughout the build cycle, including project closeout activities for projects that span from 80 to 300+ units within affordable housing communities.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow within a highly respected project team.
