Overview
We are currently recruiting for an exciting Estimator opportunity with a leading California heavy civil contractor specializing in asphalt, grading, and paving projects. They re seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates for complex infrastructure projects in the Sacramento and Bay Area. This role involves analyzing project plans and specifications, developing competitive bids, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate pricing and successful project execution.
Responsibilities- Analyze project plans and specifications
- Develop competitive bids
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate pricing and successful project execution
- At least 5 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction
- A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Proficiency with construction estimating software:
Pro Core, Bluebeam, Auto Cad, Microsoft Suite
The opportunity offers a competitive salary of $140-$200k with full benefit package and car allowance plan.
