As a senior cost estimator, you will play a critical role in our multidisciplinary municipal, industrial, and alternative project delivery teams. Your expertise will guide project outcomes and ensure superior client satisfaction.

• Supervise, facilitate, and coordinate the development of accurate, timely, and detailed cost estimates for major capital and construction projects.
• Analyze costs, materials, labor, bid documentation, and specifications to deliver reliable estimates.
• Design, implement, and maintain cost estimating databases using various software applications.
• Collaborate with project teams to review drawings and specifications, determine costs, and assist in value management.
• Evaluate third‑party estimates and track market conditions to validate estimates.
• Perform quantity take‑offs for large concrete structures, contribute to project sequencing and scheduling.
• Prepare concise Basis of Estimate and Basis of Schedule reports.
• Participate in client cost estimate and schedule reviews.
• Establish site‑specific estimating criteria and risk assessments.
• Analyze critical‑path activities and work through issues with design teams.
• Assist management in building a coherent estimating and scheduling team.

• Minimum 15 years in cost estimating, construction management, or related fields.
• Experience developing construction cost estimates and schedules at various stages of design, following AACEI guidelines.
• Proficiency in MCACES, MII, Sage, and @risk.
• Familiarity with Autodesk (AutoCAD, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
• Strong problem‑solving skills, professional judgment, creativity, and innovation.
• Positive, collaborative attitude.

• Locations – CO, HI, IL, MD, CA, NJ: $122,500 – $183,800
