$18 to $21 per hour
Location:Elk Grove
Schedule:Monday through Friday, No Weekends, Full Time
Sign On Bonus:$250 after 90 days
Where Happy Happens Here Every DayThe Learning Experience in Elk Grove is hiring a joyful and energetic Toddler Teacher to guide children ages 12 to 24 months as they explore, grow, and develop independence in a nurturing classroom. If you love helping toddlers reach milestones while having fun, this is the perfect opportunity.
What You Will Do- Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for toddlers
- Support social, language, cognitive, and motor development through play based learning
- Follow daily routines including diapering, meals, transitions, and age appropriate learning activities
- Communicate consistently with parents to build positive relationships
- Implement TLE’s award winning LEAP Curriculum
- Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom
- Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including a minimum of 12 ECE or Child Development units. Verification required prior to hire
- Infant/Toddler units preferred but not required
- Pyramid Plus or additional certifications are a plus
- Experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education preferred
- Positive, reliable, and attentive to safety and detail
- Passion for early childhood learning and growth
- No nights or weekends
