- Lead and participate in transaction automation projects, providing technical user support for HR systems.
- Pull and analyze extensive reports from the Management Information Retrieval System (MIRS).
- Serve as the lead Transactions Projects and Reporting Analyst for the Specialized Transactions Section.
- Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Communicate complex information effectively through reporting and presentations.
- Interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, and agency directives related to personnel transactions.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instruction, communicate effectively, and possess strong organizational, time‑management, and customer‑service skills.
- Must demonstrate dependability and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Knowledge of general office equipment; proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and File Maker Pro.
- Background Investigation clearance required before hire.
- Must be a California resident for telework eligibility.
- Experience with MIRS and/or personnel transactions.
- Experience with reporting, presenting, and communicating complex information.
- Experience with process improvement and automation.
- Ability to interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, bargaining unit contracts, and/or control agency directions.
