** We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to support the documentation and transformation of mission-critical legacy applications. You will capture business needs, translate them into functional and non-functional requirements, and support testing and validation activities.
** Qualifications##
** Mandatory Qualifications
**** 10+ years of business analysis experience, including:
**** Leading requirement elicitation with SMEs
**** Creating user stories and personas
**** Facilitating UAT and testing efforts
**** Leading configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvement efforts**##
** Desirable Qualifications
**** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
**** PMI-PBA or equivalent business analysis certification
**** Six Sigma certification(s)
**** Strong leadership and stakeholder facilitation skills
