About

the Opportunity

New York Life Insurance Company is seeking leadership-oriented individuals to join our Fast Track Partner program. Candidates may be selected to become a Partner in our General Office. The program begins with you as a financial professional, gaining hands-on experience, and upon meeting program requirements, transitioning into management as an Associate Partner.

Responsibilities
  • Determine financial solutions for clients using a range of products such as life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds.
  • Develop personalized, long-term financial strategies and assist clients in achieving their goals.
  • Recruit and develop a team of financial professionals as an associate partner.
  • Participate in our six-month intensive Associate Partner Training Program to enhance your business skills.
  • Lead your own team while serving as an associate partner.
  • Qualifications
  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and seeking a rewarding career.
  • Sales experience required; language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages are beneficial.
  • Knowledge of cultural markets is helpful.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services, or ownership/operation of a business, or an MBA or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years in management or high-level sales roles.

    Compensation

    $65,000 - $150,000 annually, with additional benefits.
