• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while aligning resources and timelines for optimal project execution.
• Regularly reviewing task progress, adjusting timelines as needed, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key milestones and potential delays.
• Tracking project performance against established baselines, analyzing variances, and facilitating change requests to ensure that project goals are still achievable.
• Conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines, cost, or quality.
• Ensuring that project activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, while preparing detailed progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinating with team members and external vendors to ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule, while managing potential bottlenecks effectively.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with increasing responsibility in project coordination, process improvement, or systems implementation.
• Proven experience working on cross-functional projects involving multiple business and technical teams.
• Demonstrated success in requirements management, business process re-engineering, and stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, use case documentation, and process modeling
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with BA and PM tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
