• Lead and manage a team of sales managers to achieve sales success
• Recruit, train, and develop top-tier sales talent for the organization
• Maintain accurate client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

• Minimum of 5 years of sales and leadership experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver s license required due to regular travel by car and air
• Ability to be in the field supporting your team
• Knowledge of the payments industry

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven recruiting proficiency
• Experience in training and coaching sales teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Strong sense of urgency and a passion for sales
