We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Document Control Program Analyst to support our Document Control Unit. In this role, you will act as a central coordination hub, ensuring operational readiness through rigorous documentation management, workflow optimization, and reporting.
WHAT YOU'LL BRINGWe are looking for a highly specialized background that includes:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, and Visio. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Jira, or Confluence is a plus. - Capabilities: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams.
- Experience: Previous experience supporting projects involving enterprise document management systems or data solutions.
You will serve as the owner's representative, and will work closely with senior leadership and technical teams to maintain accuracy and visibility across all unit operations:
- Coordination & Support: Serve as an internal hub for communication routing, meeting preparation, and stakeholder alignment.
- System Maintenance: Organize and maintain internal SharePoint sites, document repositories, and version-controlled templates.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain performance dashboards, track project metrics/KPIs, and prepare data-driven progress updates for leadership.
- Process Improvement: Develop Visio process maps, SOPs, and desk manuals to enhance workflow clarity and efficiency.
- Compliance & Risk: Support audit readiness, maintain risk registers, and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
