** We are seeking a Business Analytics Associate to join our Sacramento, CA team!

* WHAT You’ll Do:

*** Design business analysis and reporting for use throughout the department
* Collaborate with internal data intelligence group to design data processes and reporting standards, ensure data accuracy, and resolve reporting requests
* Ensure accuracy of data.  Regularly examine data reports/dashboards to locate and resolve mistakes
* Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
* Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
* Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends

* WHAT You’ll Need:

*** Min. three years of experience as a financial or business analyst
* Experience in analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
* Ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects to meet deadlines and ability to adapt to change
* Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts, Microsoft Power BI
* Attention to small details that could impact results
