Base Hourly Pay- A Level: 7‑10+ years of experience
$40‑$50/hr + performance bonus - B Level: 2‑7 years of experience
$32‑$45/hr + performance bonus - C Level: 6 months‑2 years of experience
$25‑$32/hr + performance bonus - Tire Tech: 6 months+ experience
$24‑$27/hr + performance bonus
