Automotive Technician in Sacramento, CA

We are looking for an Automotive Technician with at least two years of experience to join our team.

Service Technician experience: 2 years
Associate Degree or certificate in Automotive Technology preferred
Must have two years of driving experience
Must have a valid driver’s license

EV'S REPUBLIC is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position involves high-level customer and employee interaction. Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles;
• Diagnose vehicle problems using diagnostic equipment;
• Explain automotive repairs and issues, providing excellent customer service;
• Plan repair procedures using charts, manuals, and experience;
• Test the functionality of parts and systems;
• Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations;
• Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts;
• Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work;
• Obtain additional certifications as needed;
• Willing to learn through hands-on training;
• Maintain a clean and organized repair shop;
• Present a professional appearance.

• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change;
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail;
• Effective multitasking and organizational skills to meet deadlines;
• Experience working in a team environment and achieving goals;
• Demonstrated safety awareness;

• Must be at least 18 years old.
