We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Autobody Estimator to join our growing auto repair shop. The ideal candidate will have strong estimating experience using CCC ONE (CCC1) and a solid understanding of collision repair processes. This role is key in ensuring accurate estimates, clear communication with customers and insurance partners, and smooth repair workflow.

• Write accurate and timely repair estimates using CCC ONE (CCC1)
• Inspect vehicles and determine necessary repairs and costs
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
• Manage supplements and updates throughout the repair process
• Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain organized documentation and job files
• Provide excellent customer service from estimate to delivery

• CCC ONE (CCC1) experience required (certification strongly preferred)
• Previous experience as an autobody/collision estimator
• Knowledge of collision repair procedures and materials
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Valid driver’s license

• CCC ONE certification
• Experience working with insurance companies
• I-CAR training or certifications (a plus)
