Sr. Document Controller
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $140K - $160K
Noble Hearts is seeking a Senior Document Controller to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting document control operations and system implementation efforts. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience implementing and managing Document Control Systems within large, complex programs.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as SME for document control standards, systems, and workflows
- Support implementation and adoption of a Document Control System (EDMS)
- Maintain document repositories, metadata standards, and version control
- Develop and enforce document control procedures and SOPs
- Support audit readiness and compliance reviews
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and leadership
- Provide guidance and training on document control best practices
- Extensive experience in document control on large, complex projects
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing enterprise Document Control or EDMS platforms
- Background supporting infrastructure, transit, or capital programs
