Overview

Smith Moore & Associates (SMA) is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team of association management professionals! SMA is a fast-paced association management company located on the burgeoning R Street in downtown Sacramento. We provide association management services including administration, governance, accounting, meeting planning, exhibitor/sponsor relations, strategic planning, and design/communication/IT services under one roof. SMA offers a supportive culture to staff which includes generous PTO, paid holidays and flexibility.

Responsibilities
  • Membership support, retention, recruitment and reattraction
  • Program/content, registration, and attendee experience for events and conferences
  • Professional development offerings
  • Board of Directors and committee support
  • Marketing and internal/external communications

We are recruiting for an emerging staff leader with a can-do attitude who can multi-task while still providing the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications
  • Three - five years of high-level customer service or administrative experience required. Candidates that have experience in non-profit or association management are encouraged to apply.
  • Enjoys working with volunteers, writing, editing, marketing and communications
  • Solid understanding of database operations, Microsoft Office, and other office technology desired
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with offsetting experience preferred

Salary DOQ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
