Real Estate Office Manager
Overview
Brennan Properties is seeking to hire a full time Assistant Property Manager to work on a 2 person team managing 8 office buildings. Applicant will assist with the day to day operations and coordinating the maintenance of buildings. This position is in the office and not a remote position.
Responsibilities- Answering phones, voicemail and emails in professional and courteous manner
- Facilitate tenant work requests with vendors
- Tenant and vendor relations
- Collection of mail and incoming rents
- Assist accounting department with coding invoices
- Assist with miscellaneous projects
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi is an advantage
Applicant must have a positive attitude, a good work ethic, and strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work in a team environment is essential to success in this role.
Ideal applicant should have 2 years of commercial property management experience.
