We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to join our Enterprise Resources team. In this role, you’ll ensure a seamless, welcoming, and high-functioning office environment while supporting internal initiatives and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is known for flexibility, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
What You’ll Do- Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities oversight and vendor relationships
- Supervise and support the Office Experience Coordinator to ensure consistent coverage and a positive workplace experience
- Partner with IT support to resolve hardware, software, and workspace issues
- Maintain a professional, organized, and guest-ready office environment
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, on-site events, and visiting team members
- Oversee office equipment, maintenance, and repairs
- Plan and execute office events, team meetings, and employee engagement initiatives
- Lead efforts to improve office efficiency, morale, and overall performance
- Support leadership with strategic and cross-functional projects as needed
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics, including building access and equipment coordination
- Support enterprise project coordination, including task tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in office administration, client experience, executive support, or project coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing presence
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning systems such as Asana, Confluence, and Salesforce
- Collaborative, can-do attitude with a service-oriented mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
The estimated base salary range for this role is $74,000 – $101,000 per year. Base salaries are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Many roles are also eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
