Analyst I:
Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, the Analyst I will participate in the less complex scheduling, program development, and tracking of services for the Video Equipment Scheduling Tool (VEST) Support Unit. The incumbent will work with multiple institutions and internal and external stakeholders to ensure incarcerated persons attend legally mandated appointments by providing effective and efficient implementation of VEST program services through active monitoring, communication and continuous process improvement.

Travel to/from institutions is required up to 65% with limited notice.

Analyst II:
Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II will participate in the more complex scheduling, program development, and tracking of services for the VEST Support Unit. The incumbent will work with multiple institutions and internal and external stakeholders to ensure incarcerated persons attend legally mandated appointments by providing effective and efficient implementation of VEST program services through active monitoring, communication and continuous process improvement.

Travel to/from institutions is required up to 65% with limited notice.

This position is located in Health Care Facility Support, Corrections Services. The Corrections Services’ programs provide vital services that ensure CCHCS’ continued compliance, health care access, and safety throughout all institutions. Travel to institutions up to 65% with limited notice. The position is eligible for office-centered hybrid telework in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy and will be required to report to the office as needed.

The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.
