Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the manager of the Hydrology and Flood Operations Branch (HFO), the Office Technician (Typing) (OT) performs a variety of clerical duties to ensure that HFO runs efficiently and staff's administrative needs are supported. The OT is responsible for preparing documents and correspondence, serving as the front-desk receptionist, managing office supplies and equipment, purchasing, timekeeping, and coordinating travel and training requests.
