Campus Patrol/ NOC Concierge Receptionist (Part-Time) - Assisted Living

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and attentive Campus Patrol/NOC Concierge Receptionist to join our assisted living facility on a part-time basis. This unique position is ideal for someone who values safety and enjoys providing top‑on‑point customer service to residents, staff, and visitors during non‑office hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol Duties:
    • Conduct routine patrols of the campus to ensure a safe and secure environment.
    • Monitor security systems and respond to any irregularities or incidents promptly.
    • Assist in the enforcement of community rules and regulations to maintain order.
  • Reception Duties:
    • Serve as the main point of contact at the concierge desk during assigned shifts.
    • Welcome and assist residents, visitors, and staff with inquiries, directions, and requests.
    • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and incident reports.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with emergency services, if necessary, and relay information to appropriate personnel.
    • Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure consistent safety policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, processing mail, and other assigned tasks.
    • Assist with scheduling and coordination of on‑site activities, as needed.
  • Qualifications
    • Previous experience in a security or reception role is preferred but not required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in urgent situations.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
    Working Conditions
    • This is a part‑time position requiring availability during evenings, nights, and weekends.
    • The ability to walk and stand for extended periods and to work in both indoor and outdoor settings is required.
