Job Description:

Pride Staff Financial is working with a local business who is looking for an Billing Clerk. The Billing Clerk will manage incoming payments, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and maintain healthy cash flow by invoicing clients and reconciling accounts. Key duties of the Billing Clerk include creating, reviewing, and sending statements to customers. The ideal Billing Clerk demonstrates superb attention to detail, maintains high accuracy and has previous experience working Quick Books Desktop and Outlook.

The Billing Clerk position is a full time, 6 month temporary position in Sacramento, CA.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred But Not Required
• Previous Billing, or General Accounting Experience Required
• One Year Experience With Quick Books
• Solid Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, & General Office Equipment Required
• Ability to Work in a Fast Paced Environment & Meet Deadlines
• Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills Along With a Strong Attention to Detail
