Ledgent is hiring a Temporary Staff Accountant for a well‑established organization seeking strong Accounts Receivable expertise. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented accounting professional who is comfortable working onsite and supporting a busy, collaborative finance team.

• Monday-Friday,
  100% onsite
• Start time: 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM
• Choice of 30‑minute or 1‑hour lunch

• Salary: $35-$38/hr

• AR reconciliations
• AR adjustments and related entries
• Journal entries
• Manage Aging Report
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Multi‑state sales tax filings
• Business and retail fee filings
• Review, prepare, and post payroll‑related journal entries

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting
• Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and reconciliations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with general accounting processes; specific software experience not required
