• General Ledger Management

  • Maintain accurate general ledger activity for multiple business entities.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, month‑end reconciliations, and financial schedules.

• Multi-Entity Accounting

  • Consolidate financial results across subsidiaries, affiliates, or related entities.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.

• Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Support internal reporting for leadership, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight

  • Review AP/AR entries for accuracy; troubleshoot discrepancies across entities.
  • Support cash flow management and forecasting.

• Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows.
  • Assist in developing and implementing improved systems, automation, and controls.

• Audit & Compliance

  • Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, finance, and leadership teams across multiple divisions.
  • Serve as a resource for entity-specific questions and financial insights.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred).
• 4-7+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Prior experience working with multiple entities or complex organizational structures strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Net Suite, Sage Intacct, Quick Books Enterprise, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
